SENTINUM Flash Flood Alarm System (FAS)

We provide an artificial intelligence powered alarm system to inform, warn and alarm municipalities, their citizens and the rescue services from flash floods and heavy flooding in their area. The system is hyper local and is able to detect small and large river flooding and combined sewer overflows. In combination with the local rain measurement (HDC) and data from the German weather service (DWD) the system is able to provide nowcast information on a very local level to inform citizens before a flash flood event occurs. Citizens and rescue servers receive this information over push notification, SMS, Email and in severe cases over VoiceCall. Customers who use the urbanWater Cloud can upgrade to FAS within minutes. The goal of FAS is to protect life and avoid damage.
