With the ability to transmit data at 120 km/h, mioty enables several use cases such as Car-to-X applications, toll management and fleet tracking. With mioty, you can also integrate your own base station in the vehicle in order to collect data from the environment and create new business models.
- Theft Detection: Notice unexpected motion of your vehicle automatically via vibration sensors or accelerometers. With no configuration, battery replacement or maintenance needed, the cost of the tracking device is kept low.
- Vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I): Information from devices, located in the infrastructure, can be easily transmitted to the vehicle. Thus mioty informs drivers about various incidents on the road such as general road conditions, black ice or parking zones.
